How To Sign Up
To get started please purchase the listing service and any additional products and complete the forms listed below. All documents must be signed and received before data can be entered onto the MLS.
All of the forms posted are in PDF and you will need Acrobat Reader software to view and print them. To download a free copy of Acrobat Reader go to http://www.adobe.com You will only be able to fill in on forms with auto text to print. You are not able to save on your computer.

Check with your local municipal office for any instructions regarding selling a home in your area. (eq. pre-sale inspection, signage, etc.)

Order any additional products or services as needed.
Within 24 hours of receiving all completed paperwork, your listing will be on the MLS. The other sites your home will be listed on might take a few days because we have no control of that. If there are any questions we have regarding your request you will be contacted.

Please check any municipal / association ordinances regarding putting your home up for sale (eq: pre sale inspection, signage...)
When you get an offer:
State law requires that we assist you with negotiations and acceptance of all offers. The Buyer or Buyer's Realtor should fax us a copy of the offer to 773-836-9726. We will forward them to you. In regards to holding earnest money, this should be discussed with your attorney. If you are going to be accepting delivery of offers, we still need a copy. Please contact us when you accept an offer, when contingencies are over and when you close.
When you accept an offer:
Please fill out the sale fact sheet and the rebate form if applicable then fax to us at 773-836-9726.
When you Close:
Please email us the final sale price so we can remove your listing from the MLS.
